Background:
We are seeking the services of a skilled videographer - individual/firm to produce a compelling documentary video. This documentary aims to capture the essence and impact of an EHR system in the healthcare process.
Objectives:
● Create a visually captivating documentary that effectively communicates the intended message.
● Highlight key aspects and stories related to the subject matter.
● Engage the audience emotionally and intellectually.
● Maintain a high production quality throughout the video.
Scope of Work:
The videographer will be responsible for the following tasks:
● Inception Report: Collaborate with our team to refine the documentary
concept and outline.
● Pre-production: Conduct necessary research, location scouting, and
planning.
● Filming: Capture footage according to the approved plan, ensuring high-
quality visuals and sound.
● Interviews: Conduct an interview with a target patient to gather insights
and stories related to the subject.
● Editing: Seamlessly edit the footage to create a cohesive narrative,
incorporating interviews, b-roll, music, and other elements.
● Post-production: Color grading, sound mixing, and adding graphics or
animations as needed.
● Final delivery: Provide the finished documentary in the required
format(s).
Deliverables:
● A 4 to 5 minute documentary video in high-definition format.
● Raw content.
● Any additional materials created during the production process.
Timeline:
● Pre-production - 2 to 3 hours
● Filming - The script and other necessary information will be provided
once the contract is signed.
● Editing - guidance will be provided by our team
● Final delivery - As soon as editing is done
Qualifications:
● Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality documentary-style videos.
● Portfolio showcasing previous work relevant to this project.
● Strong storytelling and cinematography skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with our team and adhere to project
deadlines.

Interested videographers are invited to submit their proposals by Friday, 29th March, 2024.
