Title: Sales & Outreach Intern (Internship Position)
Duty Station (City and Country): Mogadishu, Somalia
Expected starting date: 1 May 2026
Expected duration: 3 months Full-time assignment, with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 months.

Overall Purpose of the Role
solutions, particularly the RAAD Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and other products, to private hospitals and healthcare providers.
The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, supporting product presentations, and contributing to business development activities. This role offers practical exposure to digital health innovation and client engagement.
Major Responsibilities:
Business Development & Outreach

Identify and map private hospitals and clinics for potential engagement

Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits

Support awareness campaigns about NIL products and services
Sales Support

Assist in presenting the RAAD EHR system and other systems to potential clients

Support product demonstrations and meetings

Follow up with leads and maintain communication with prospects
Market Research & Reporting

Conduct basic market research on private healthcare providers

Maintain a database of outreach activities and potential clients

Collect feedback from stakeholders to support product improvement
Coordination & Support

Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and field visits

Support preparation of proposals and marketing materials

Perform additional tasks as required to support business development activities
Qualifications
Education
-
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Health, IT, or related field
Experience
-
No prior experience required (internship level)

Previous exposure to sales, outreach, or healthcare sector is an advantage

Fluency in English and Somali is required
